Bonus with retrigger on Triple 777 2-cent slot - Red Hot Jackpots Progressive - IGT

This is a bonus win on a slot called Triple 7s by IGT. The slot machine is linked to 7 other machines in a Red Hot Jackpots multi-level progressive game. It's very fun and one of my favorite machines, but it can be a money-drainer, as you have to bet max ($2.00) to be eligible for the bonus.

In this video, I get 4 Red Hot Jackpot symbols during a regular spin and automatically win (and jump to) the 2nd level progressive jackpot of $40+, and I get 8 free spins. I also get a retrigger during this bonus. Retriggers REALLY help in terms of reaching the next jackpot level, but unfortunately I didn't quite reach the next level this time.

The way this machine works:

- if you get 3 Red Hot Jackpot (RHJ) symbols (the square ones that appear along with a special sound) anywhere on the 5 reels, you get 8 free spins and you're guaranteed the lower-level progressive jackpot, which starts at $10.
- if you collect 8 more RHJ symbols during the bonus, you "achieve your goal" and win the 2nd-level jackpot, which starts at $40. You can see the RHJ symbol count in the upper-right part of the screen. Retriggers are possible within the bonus, in fact they're really helpful (and often necessary) in order to reach higher jackpot levels.
- if you achieve the 2nd level jackpot, the RHJ count resets to zero, and you have to collect 20 RHJ symbols in order to win the 3rd level jackpot, which starts at $400. I've actually been able to do this a few times before; it just takes a little luck and a lot of bonus retriggers. Each retrigger gives you 8 more free spins.
- if you achieve the 3rd level jackpot, the RHJ count resets to zero again, and you must collect 50 RHJ symbols in order to reach the top-level jackpot, which starts at $10,000.

Miscellaneous Notes:
- if you get 4 RHJ symbols during a regular game, you automatically win the 2nd level progressive jackpot of $40+ and get 8 free spins. You bypass the lower-level jackpot, though.
- if you get 5 RHJ symbols during a regular game, you automatically win the 3rd level progressive of $400+ and get 8 free spins. This has happened to me twice, but it's pretty rare. In this case, you bypass the 1st and 2nd level jackpots, but who cares, as you've just won $400 or more!
- You can win the $10,000+ top jackpot in one shot by getting the 5 symbols indicated on the machine (on this machine it's the Jackpot Wild 7s symbol), but of course this is extremely rare.
