  • I wish there was a supermarket like that here. It's often hard to even find a calorie content on the foods. Actually, 600 kcal for a lunch is not bad. I'm at around 1500kcal a day and that's pretty good, since I don't eat sweets.

  • @sb210yepperonie It's much better to eat slightly less of a more nutritious food than a large quantity of crap.

  • @ElfieDreams so true, that's the only way to go

  • Whole grains do nothing of the sort!

  • To lose fat, you should be eating a low-carb, high-protein diet, including 2 servings of fruit a day and 5 servings of vegetables.

Calculate your RMR online and eating within a 100 calorie range of it. Exercise as often as possible (try some High Intensity Interval Training and lift HEAVY weights, people!) and you will not just lose weight, but you will completely overhaul your body composition. And, in the end, that is what you want. You don't want to lose weight, you want to lose FAT.

  • It's not about calorie counting. Yes, essentially, it IS calories in (food) against calories out (exercise), and yes, if your output exceeds your input you WILL lose weight, but you need to take into account the type of weight you want to lose. You do NOT want to lose muscle (muscular atrophy WILL occur if you're eating below your BMR, because your body burns its most concentrated form of stored energy - muscle). CONTINUED~

  • @zeldaofarel not profitable enough to have a supermarket like that cause it encourages to buy less

  • this is just making me hungry.... -.-

  • Yes but you don't eat the cheeseburger on its own, you add chips and then it's not as fulling as a sandwish!

  • @charlyotte11 it is really a matter of taste, most of the time I hate peas and beans and stuff like that, don't really like tahina paste either, so it is not my dish, not a fan of cakes either, but give Turkish delight, figs and meat and fruits and olive oil and BREAD and cheese I am gone, my mom is fish and pasta person (me personally - like rice noodles not a fan of pasta, and my father likes lard and any fatty meat and potatoes - taste do differ
