This is my home arcade. It has been pieced together over the past three years with help from my brother. Currently I have a Chicago Coin Sound Stage pinball, MAME in a showcase cab (formerly a Royal Rumble machine), Skins Game conversion (formerly a XO football, removed well before we got to it), Lucky Crane II claw machine Japanese Import (currently filled with prize eggs), Roadblasters, Sports Arena prize machine, Japanese Pachinko import, King Pulsar Japanese skill stop slot machine, and an adjustable quarter slot Coin Pusher.

  • on your sound stage, about how many times does you spinner spin when you hit the targets once

  • The middle pinwheel spinner is based on how hard you hit the spin target. A really solid shot will spin it between 12 - 15 times. A very weak shot might not even make a full revolution. It's a very neat pinball mechanic.

Now... if we could just get the stupid scoring reels to work right, I'd be a much happier person.

  • well set them on a different number when the game is unplugged then press start and see if they reset, if they don't probably a coil is or shot a broken piece or really dirty. If they do reset then check and file the switches on the relays or check the ball counter unit, for some reason the 10,000 reel is connected to it. If not, then file the (eos) end of stroke switches on everyone of them. Hopefully you can fix it

  • My problem is a bit more complicated. My reels will reset, usually, but it won't roll digits. Example, after you score 100 points ten times (1,000 points), it won't roll the 1,000 points counter. Same for 1,000 to 10,000. It doesn't always happen, but usually does.

There are also times my reels won't score (again, 1k and 10k). My 10s and 100s seem to work without fail.

I've cleaned and re-sprung the reels.

If you would happen to have any suggestions, send me a YouTube message please =)

  • That is like my dream room

  • I love it.

  • I had the same problem, if you didn't try it yet, sand down the eos switches a little bit and try the relay switches, too

  • wanna sell the Coin pusher? or the sports arena?

  • Great collection! When I was a kid my neighbor used to have Sound Stage. I remember trying to get the center pinwheel to start spinning was a challenge.
