I must say the game is not bad, but the mistery from the original has been spoiled. The AI is shit, though the graphics still look awesome until today, if we compare the original fear to fear 2 the AI is the first thing that comes to my mind, where enemies were able to ambush you, on fear 2 that doesnt happen, enemies are dumb and weaker. If fear 1 hadn't had the slow mow effect many kids would be crying for the difficulty of the same, anyway fear 1 was chellenging

@LordXehenniar the scares are "cheap" cause u have seen them already in fear 1.. wich is normal. but fear 2 surpasses fear 1 easy.. for 1 simple reason.. the area`s u get to recon and search are not all the same. like in fear 1

I hate to say it guys, but everything he said is absolutely true. He didnt say he hated it, he just said it was an average entertaining shooter but not as good as the original. Honestly, how can you say that FEAR 2 surpasses the amazingness of FEAR 1?

+more diverse level design

-mediocre story and WTF ending

-weak-feeling weapons

-cheap trick scares

-enemies glow in slowmotion

-graphic effects are more "cartoonized"

Two things disappointed me in FEAR 2: 1. the enemy light up effect of slow motion and 2. the disappointingly weakass shotgun after using the beastly shotgun in FEAR. Otherwise this game gets a lot more hate than it deserves.
