  • i want 10 seconds of my life back!

  • Sadly, you won't be able to have them back. I guess I should apologize. Sorry.

  • When I was wee un ('69-'70 or there abouts),these rating clips would bother me for some reason... I still get a very vauge sense of being unsettled when I see them even now. Odd. Thanks...

  • I kind of feel the same way. When I saw that at work - I had to put it up here.

  • You know - we share that feeling. That's why I had to get this clip from my work.

  • @iambernig @Teixeirapictures

If I'm not mistaken, I think that this PG rating (which appears to be a 70s one) may have come from 'The Final Countdown.'

  • "The preceding program contained scenes of extreme violence and should not have been viewed by young children."

    -The Simpsons

  • The good MPAA ratings! The new ones suck.

  • taken from the movie?@CommaBoy

  • @Cjl13 It's Also Mad At Your Babies For Making Them See PG Films

  • ComaBoy, you need to get out of your "COMA" and stop putting us in your state of mind. Why put this up without even explaining what you are doing?

My rating for this is ---WTF---

  • Does anyone have the '80s X rating screen? I know what the full G, PG, PG-13, R, and current NC-17 descriptions look like, but what about the full X description? (For those wondering, most ratings have three-rectangled boxes: the top left rectangle has the rating, e.g. G; the top right rectangle has the full name, e.g. General Audiences; and the bottom rectangle has the age warning, e.g. All Ages Admitted.)

  • I don't get it (sorry). The MPAA IS evil though. Check out This Film Has Not Been Rated. Great doc about sex vs. violence, what sick stuff the MPAA allows (violence against women, animals...everyone... yet bans the most harmless sexual content to the dreaded R rating or even make writers/directors change scenes. Yeah...fuck the MPAA.

  • LOL The helicopter was flying... BACKWARDS!

  • @eruppe8342 @TheOpenMinded12460 Parents should use their own rating system, and quit whining about video games, films, T.V. songs etc. Parents should use the media before their kids use the media. Like if there is a movie and a video game called "Blood Sport", parents shouldn't whine when their kid buys it with their will and the parents shouldn't whine when it has violence, blood, gore, sex, nudity, drugs, and cussing in it. Parents should show kids the difference between fact and fiction.
