CUDA in VideoStudio Pro X3

Brief tutorial on how to enable CUDA in Corel VideoStudio Pro X3. You must have CUDA drivers installed BEFORE this will work. The latest CUDA drivers are available for download on the NVidia website. Download the "CUDA Toolkit" for Windows for your respective processor type (32 or 64bit). If you're not sure get 32bit or download "Piriform Speccy" and it will tell you.

@NeinSteinAV Sorry for the late reply. CUDA is only supported in x3 as far as I know. If it is supported in x2 there's probably some weird way to enable it.

Been looking at cuda with studio x2 ( may need x3 ) How much speed did you gain with your set up ?

@NineSteinAV it pretty much did 4x on my SD video and 2x on HD depending... I have a Athlon II X2 250 @ 3.01 GHz so my machine is good setup for a dual core. It varies based on RAM and CPU.

@iaremrsir Hi Can you told me how faster is h.264 encoding of HD video with and without CUDA?

I'm thinking about Corel X4 and new video card if this will improve speed of final video writing...

Yes. I have all the horse power , but my studio x2 doesn't the tab to set video acceleration. do you think i need x3 ? Also , were the cuda drivers hard to install? and where did you place it? Thanks for the help.
