Ha- nice try. He does miss some bits out though. His pull is straight and inefficient, where is the keyhole shape and flick out of the arms on exit? His timing isnt completely off, but without the bend at the waist there aint no fluid motion. Good luck trying 50m like that ;D

he also forgot the most important thing once you have the stroke down the real way. THE 2 HAND TOUCH ON ALL OF THE WALLS!!!

i cant believe this guy is selling himself as a swim coach. there is no coordination between the back and the feet, u just bend at the knees, as a result the timing of the kicking is off, the kick is totally inefficient and it doesnt propels u anywhere, as shown by the fact that u need 5 strokes!! over a distance where 2 maximum should b needed
