American Strat 1990
PRS Custom SE
American Telecaster
American Deluxe Stratocaster QMT HSS
Gibson Les Paul Platinum

All played through the same overdrive setting with slight reverb. More or less the ssame blues based riffs to hear the difference between the guitars.

*** And I'm still an amateur - this is just a hobby ***
for the information of those who can point out my numerous errors - without themselves posting any of their playing.

  • I want them all!

  • @sonicboom1970 thats why I did the video - why not have them all. Very few people get that. Thanx.

  • I find it funny that all the guitars here other than the PRS are well over $1000, where the PRS is around $400-$500. It still held up though. Imagine if he had used a PRS CU24.

  • I now have a PRS CE22 - which you can see in my other videos. Eventually I will update this video and include the new PRS.

  • GOSTEI DO SOM DA PENÚLTIMA GUITARRA PRA MIM FOI A MELHOR. AS OUTRAS TEM MUITO MÉDIA E PRESENCE.

  • @jeffersondeleon1 where are your ears??

  • @clonetrooperbj You mean PRS: Good for everything ever.

  • Strat: good for blues country and smooth clean rock. Tele: good for country. Les Paul good for hard rock and smooth rock. PRS: good for paperweight!!!!!!!!!

  • all sounds the same

  • Fender for blues and country (Jimmy Clapton). Gibson for a bad ass sounding dirty rock (Skynyrd, led zep) Anything else no thanks...

  • These guitar vs guitar vids are interesting, but really not conclusive. It all depends on the voicing and effects desired. I've heard David Gilmore use both a strat and a LP on Comfortably Numb and Shine on you crazy Diamond, and the strat sounds far better and more versatile for the sound he's aiming to achieve. Just one example...

  • Great like for like post.
