This was an average on a trip into town. Elevation was 7200 ft. Started on an uphill slope toward the end of the vid.

See my other video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hCpgoEFPLyg for full list of mods to the engine.

  • so how does an intake help with mileage? i have a K&N filter in the original box and i haven't seen any improvements

  • @cezardoborn it does help. the stock air intake has alot of bad bends and stops the air flow from flowing fast so the tube and filter of an intake kit will improve prob 1- 3 mpg over stock. it varies though

  • holy crap 28 mpg!!! i get like 19 on the highway at 65. What improved your mpg the most?

  • @drippinblood28 Just basic engine stuff. Intake exhaust...i need to flash the OBD II computer to let the mods really work.

  • @drippinblood28 shoot...i spaced what you asked...all the mods did a little but the intake helped the most...its kinda rare for it to average this well. once i flash the computer i hope it wont drop but it will unleash all the potential from everything ive done.
