Well if you can speak swedish, there's "Viking". If not, "Midgard:Warriors from the North" might be for you.

Hi Kurt - any good Norse games out there that don't require purchasing four books? Clovis is into Norse Mythology these days and I thought playing a game with maybe Vikings immersed in Norse legends would be cool - kind of an Eric the Viking type quest - any ideas? Or is Ragnarok worth doing the whole Scion thing?
thanks! -oo-

The Atlanteans are (officially) dead and the others hadn't come out at this point.

You didnt list the Atlantean, Tuatha, Devas, or Celestial Bureaucracy

I'd much rather have a Scion of Azrael

i don't think you could say that being a scion of an angel is blasphomy. mabye if you tried a scion of God or Jesus, but not Micheal or Gabriel. the Bible never gives much detail on the nature of angels. they just do what God tells them.

Having looked at In Nomine, I think it looks fairly good. Perhaps in a year from now, given my horrendously busy schedule and my current Legend of the Five Rings campaign I'm running, plus the game I'm developing, I may run it someday. LOL. Still, I like many of the concepts and game designs in it, and it's worth a look-see.
Yeah, I thought that was a pretty cool idea, too. As well as In Nomine, Morrigan Press put out The Seventh Seal, which had a very similar idea (though somewhat post-apocalytpic, set during the Tribulation). In comparison to other companies who have tried something similar, Morrigan's game looked like something I'd really like to play (and I'm a born-again Christian, no less).
