Some critics say this game is just a C&C clone. And? Many HD Games today are copying anyone and still get high scores!

Im a big C&C Fan it was easily for me to get into KKND 2 and I had a lot of fun with it. So I find it good that it was like a C&C Game but also it deliver you much more. You can build HUGE Armys which can be destroy in a FEW seconds. That was awesome. A real RTS Game which require skills to complete. Also I never finished a skirmish game till this day. =(

Usually when I finished Skirmish games "fast" was when my friend and I played alongside against the computers in extreme difficulty . . . was very entertaining, but we had to coordinate attacks to really destroy them xD

the wierd thing with this game is that all of the critics shot it down because it was a clone, but all of the gamers say it was awesome, and which matters more? the gamers opinion.

I had the demo a long time ago, and thought it was awesome, and then picked it up again. anyone know where to download the full version for free, and no signups?

Simply one of the most underrated games ever. I prefer playing this over any new HD game at any time... and that soundtrack... oh my god... it's incredibly addicting!

I don't care much about the critics. Many of them are paid up by companies. A lot of them are giving good ratings for bad games. A lot of them are using words that won't directly hit the game developers. I prefer the players' opinions and reviews.

i remember 4:17 that mission was so so so hard :D or i was such a noob before years :D and i still own original KKND2... btw did you know the bug ? when you do customization of units in skirmish and than quit skirmish and start play camping, units act same like in skirmish (lets call it cheat :D) hehe

Honestly, I'd dispute the idea that it's a clone. Stuff like constructables, not to mention the very elegant base building structure and aesthetic style make it distinct from other games. Another big factor is the style the game has, the humour, and quirkiness.

KKND was by far better than this stylistically, though from what I remember Krossfire was still an alright game when I played it years and years ago, and I really do like the Series 9 agricultural robots as a third faction. What fucking bothers me like no tomorrow about Krossfire though, is that they have the neat cutscenes with good cgi while the mission briefings only have shitty Fallout-esque talking heads, whereas the original had shitty CGI but badass live-action briefings.
