A controversial Virginia lawmaker is trying to introduce
new legislation to ban rubber testicles from being fitted
to the back of trucks.
Have you seen those, the back of a truck,
usually under a trailer hitch, it's this thing where
it's a set of plastic looking balls that hang down, right.
I mean I do not see them much in California,
but maybe it is something more in the truck-toting parts
of the US, right. We don't have a lot of trucks in Santa Barbara.
Lionel Spruill, or Spruill, known for his failed attempt
in 2005 to ban baggy pants, says the motivation for his
latest idea came from a constituent.
The man complained that he had been left speechless when
his six-year-old daughter spotted a pair and asked him
what they were.
Truck drivers who sport fake testicles on the back of their
vehicles would risk a $250 fine under his proposal.
He goes on to say, they are offensive to some folks.
It is okay to express yourself, but citizens have the
right not to be subjected to something vulgar.
hahaha it is very funny. I was wondering how do you finish up the story,,, good work.
