How to remove spyware manually from your PC ??

Spyware is any software that's actually running on your computer without your consent or knowledge. Spyware tracks what you're doing and reports data from your computer to a remote server, for example capturing keystrokes and trying to report E-mail addresses or credit card numbers.

1] Run your Anti-Spyware and Anti-virus to scan your computer for spyware and other unwanted software.

2] Review the files that are discovered and quarantine the unwanted spyware and software.

3] Follow the directions from your Anti-Virus and Spy sweeper to get rid of the unwanted pest.

4] Now to get rid of any remnants of the spyware. Once you are logged into Windows , click the Windows Start button, on the bottom left.

5] Select All Programs then Accessories then System Tools then System Restore.

You will now see the system restore box. Select Restore My Computer to an Earlier time and click next. Now you will see a calendar on the left.

7] Select a date before you started having this issue. For Example if you were infected a week ago, then go back two weeks, just to be safe.

8] Once you have a selected a date, click next and then, next again.

9] Your computer will now go through and un-install any software after that restore date. Keep in mind that, by doing this you will loose any programs you installed after the date you selected. None of your documents or pictures will be lost, during this process.

10] Just to be safe, we want to make sure that there are no more spyware hidden in the computer files, so, we are going to reboot the computer, in safe mode and run the Anti-Spyware and Anti-Virus again.

Boot computer in safe mode, reboot and press and hold down the F8 key, when the boot menu appears, use the arrow keys to choose safe mode, from the list, then hit enter, when in safe mode.

11] Run your Anti-Virus and Anti-Spyware, to scan your computer in safe mode.
