Guide for Arcane Mages. Please remember this is my opinion and what works for me. Fullmaster of Whisperwind. I'm very comfortable using voice in videos now. The tiny aspects of editing took the longest out of everything in it's creation, but I'm happy with the final product.

Yes. The sheer int from VLPC is amazing and since the buff it's damage is great too. Additionally I'm an engi so I already have 2 clicky items.
