Burn Zombie Burn - Zombie Zapper, Dev Medal

The score you need for Dev on this challenge is 88,125. I got 88,550.... just as time ran out!!!

This is an extremely difficult challenge to get the Dev medal on. I spent hours and hours on it before I even reached 80K. Then I spent hours and hours on it after that just trying to get to that 88K plateau. In the end, persistence and a little luck prevailed.

MrChapel had a great observation about this level: it is the exact opposite of everything you do in the other levels, even down to the fact that the Dev score here is quite optimized and very hard to reach. His basic strategy can be found in the high scores guide linked above, and I would suggest you follow the same strategy, keeping these things in mind:

- Learn to efficiently lure Rushers to the zapper, you get 125 points per zombie that way, and cut the corners of the zapper to make that easier (you won't get hurt unless you are on the zapper more than a second)

- Shoot the Exploders when they are in a big pack of zombies, but try not to shoot too many of the Rushers around them (no points). Use L1 (auto-aim) in conjunction with the right analog stick to aim easily while moving around, and use R1 to fire (instead of X).

- Don't allow Exploders to run into the zapper on their own, they will explode and take out nearby zombies (no points).

- Try to take out the Super Zombies by shooting the Exploders when they are nearby, then try to lure other zombies away from the area so they don't die during the Super's death explosion.

- Avoid going near the Super Zombies as they will pound the ground and destroy nearby zombies (no points).

Now, you have to do all these things at the same time and pay attention to what's going on on the entire map at any given moment. Not taking out a Super Zombie or Exploder at the right time could be the difference in reaching the Dev plateau.
