On October 12 2008, after a day of heavy aerosol spraying, we filmed this "fog" in the center of Germany. This is not snow (temperatures around 10 degrees Celsius), no rain, no insects... The "fog" covered the whole area, visibility was very low. Surfaces such as car, grass, street were completely dry. There was no perceivable wind. (Leaves don't move, moths fly about undisturbed). The Particles were visible only in powerful beams of light, they brightly reflected light when hit by a photo flash. There's a much more highly resoluted film of this. This lasted for hours. The particles are present most days, but not in a "fog" as dense as the one shown here.
I have seen this stuff when I take photo's with a flash at night, but I've never seen it this extreme

Their was some form of data in the jig saw puzzles outlines of the separations of the particle field. Exactly what I am seeing in your video
I found a few examples of the source code and they are within my video in which to compare them to. One a type of DNA nuclei acid notation method another
type from my government of labeled data within unlabed date DARPA

I filmed the same type of particle field on Dec 6, 2008 here in No. Calif. Their was a radiant quality to it but I didn't have a bright light. It was a funny cold humid night with barely a breeze. I could see it swirling right under my motion lites that were attached to my house. Saw it with my naked eyes @2AM. I grabbed my camcorder and I knew when I slowed it down it would show something special. My mother oddly passed 8 hrs later after I recorded this watch?v=3envPy9xAm8
