The same thing for me..lol.. I think it's cuz we've heard her sing it that way, so that's the best way it songs for me.. I try to sing it without the accent and it feels odd..lol

impossible to sing without a british accent! i tried to do it in my normal voice, but i couldn't help it. it ended up british anyway.
