@strubinator I actually love the white background but I also like the blue background. My desktop wall paper on my computer has Google logo in the center surrounded by all white with all the icons hidden. Very clean.

@Slacktoo Since 2010 when ever I refer to the year 2000 and later, I always start off with TWENTY. i.e. twenty hundred, twenty oh one, twenty oh two, twenty oh three, etc. I don't know why people say two thousand eleven (2011) That's like saying one thousand nine hundred eleven (1911) instead of nineteen eleven (1911). Doesn't make sense.

I'd like to see more on global searches myself. I like the blue background. That white background was too harsh. Anne is as charming as ever. I personally did not search for a single one of the items she discussed. Of course, that says more about me than it does about Skynet ... I mean, Google.
