@krayvis well the big terrarium i have is the same size as yours i believe and in that one i have this moss i got from outside and it also has two small plants in it both plants live in low light and damp conditions and they are growing fine but i also put holes in the top is that bad? and also the bean is in a smaller bulb like a bulb for a freezer and it also has a top with holes in it i keep both watered.

can i use a red painted light bulb?

@hoodstarx1 as long as it's the glass that's tinted to a color. in white lightbulbs, there's a fine talcum powder-ish stuff that diffuses the light. a transparent, but colored glass bulb should work fine i think.

@krayvis seems like you know your terrariums would a single pinto bean grow in a lightbulb?

@hoodstarx1 If you did it like a "real terrarium" (completely enclosed in the bulb) probably not. Only grass or something would likely fit in the bulb and stay in it. If you used the bulb more like a pot, and let the plant grow out of it, then your possibilities increase. Just remember, the bigger the plant, the faster it slurps up water. A light bulb sized pot will have to be watered more frequently than others.
