What you need:
Paper, Tracing Paper, Prismacolour Pencil Crayons, Pencil

Tips & Tricks:
Sketching the rose out first, then tracing it on tracing paper will allow for cleaner lines
If the 1st try on tracing paper still doesn't look that well to you, trace it again and again until you get wht you want. After time, you won't need the tracing paper. Practice makes perfect.

Also, if you put the tracing paper over and just begin colouring in between the lines, there's no chance of pencil smudging in your light colours (such as yellow)

Prismacolour pencil crayons will usually erase from tracing paper. I didn't like the stem I made so I decided to get rid of it.
