has taken clips from my video and used them for their video. (Which is the same subject matter and song.) This would not be a problem, if the person would've been so kind to have given me CREDIT for my clips. This person has also failed to respond to my requests in which I tell her to give me CREDIT.

But Addy, her video is older than your video, you may say. You may also say, how can the steal footage from YouTube?
