Need to send them condoms instead of food. Then again they'd probably just use the condoms to keep voodoo feathers in or something like that lol..Even the fools who send them money it goes to the corrupt tribe leaders or the food sits and rots in storage. They still die and infect each other.

Are you kidding? Canada's population is 33,739,900....if 33 Million people spent $1 Billion each you think it would end up be $30 Billion??
Each person would need to spend under $1000, some people spend several thousands while others spend a couple hundred so it evens out to $30 Billion.
