'Walk' Focused on reaching a goal
that was said unattainable
by those that don't know me
Hopelessness
was a road that I turned from long ago
no critic could close any door before me
no cynic could stop my optimism
or stop me from saying that peace has a chance


i love to dance because it's raw
despite all our differences we can unite on one floor
that's music
no entertainment could make up for soul
i'll never be a couch potato i'm on the move
i won't leave home without my headphones
when I Walk my thoughts are those of a nike student
with socrates' influence
I believe in the philosophy of truth


Focused on getting M.I.A. in June
Radiohead in July
when Augusts' dog days comes through
i'll set the summer off into the sunset
in central park Live


i'm focused on everyone around me having a good time
that's all I really care about my surroundings
but it just so happens that i'm everywhere
and that's when things get complicated
still I'm trying to make it so that every star I know can shine
been focused for so long I'm thinking it's about time




when all the hard work pays off
