The Obama admin said passing the Stim Bill would keep unemployment from going above 8%. Fact. It then went above 10% after that. Fact. Cost was $850 Trillion. Fact. The GOP did NOT dominate House at that time. Fact. Bush hasn't been POTUS since 12/08. Fact. Obama brough unemployment back down to higher than when he took office? No, no kudos for that.
