A picture perfect landing at Dublin airport after a 7 hour flight from New Yorks JFK. The approach seemed so slow that I was expecting the plane to just stop in mid air. Gotta love Aerlingus.

Not as many ppl as I thought there would be, but then again this flight left JFK at 10:00pm, I've taken it a few times and it's only been half full every time.

I am going to Ireland in a few weeks for my honeymoon. Can't wait and we are taking this flight from JFK. It's good to know the positive reviews about Aer Lingus, it puts my mind at ease, since i am a bit of a nervous flyer.

thank you so much for uploading this part of your trip! this was one of my best memories of our visit to Ireland in 1994. I was embarrassed to realize I was weeping when the fields came into view, especially since I was with my new bride, on our honeymoon. But I just couldn't help myself. I felt as though I was coming home for the first time in my life. My father's family left in the 1840s, and my mother's in the late 1700s. Long time coming home...
