  • Marc, Interesting video. I want to add that this would all be irrelevant during those times you eat fewer calories than you burn, but when there are extra calories it could be an important factor.

    Sorry if it is the college instructor in me, but I wish you had given a reference to the study you mentioned. I wanted to read it... but you did not give any details.
