I have lived in Oldham for 16 years and enjoyed each one, until thursday last week, where I was mugged in the centre of town on the way home from college. :'(

I lived there for 30 years. I got sick of Oldham Turban District Council, and didn't want to spen my old age in Islamabad, so I moved. I'll come back one day to visit friends, but I won't forget to bring my passport, and remember which streets I'm safe on and which I'm not.

Correct, although its "asians" some are from Bangladesh, india, pakistan and others. 95% of them are rude arrogant people who live like they're in a third world country. They are abusing our laws and do not care about our way of life.
