  • When you can't see what's happening, as in the last command, it's not terribly helpful; also, I have a small dog with short legs, and my problem isn't his back end coming up, but his front end NOT going down!

  • they use already trainned dogs because it would take probably hours to teach a dog this trick he is just showing you how to do it he dont say how long it takes it might take some dogs days to do this he is just showing something to try/do you dont have to do it, so dont post bad/negative comments anyone can find stuff better to do then post negative comments unless your a troll o.O lol and keep pressing 5 lol

  • keep pressing the 4 key

  • @ryanwafz Also, make sure that you focus on one command as you are training. When he picks up that one command fairly well, transition to another; preferably one that can also build upon the previous command such as sit to lay down or stay to come. I am not a professional trainer, just my .02 cents for how I trained my old collie shepherd mix and now my new malinois.

  • @ryanwafz I have a Belgian Malinois, which is a distant cousing of the German Shepherd, and my pup was the same way when I was beginning training him. What I do before I do a training session is take the pup out to run around and play with him to wear down the excess energy he has. Don't play with him to the point to where he is exhausted because then he will not want to do the training. When you see him slowing down, pet him for a couple minutes then try training him.

  • it didnt work and u need to use a dog that already ddint know the trick

  • Why can't these idiots understand that NONE of these videos are of help if they are showing us the "technique" with a dog that already know the command. We are average people with new dogs, or, have had dogs and have been unsuccessful and, therefore watch these videos to learn something. But you aren't teaching us anything with an already cooperative dog!!!

  • @elidio54 obviously hes rewarding a dog for doing what he was told,he was teaching him anything just rewarding.

  • GOOD BOY!!!!!!!
