Johnny Preston Running bear baldys family jam

The song Running Bear was written by j.P. Richardson aka The Big Bopper. He offered it to his friend Johnny Preston who promptly recorded it. Richardson actually took part in the recording and can be heard as part of a trio shouting Indian chants in the background. The song was a Nbr 1 hit in both Britain and America, reaching the top of the US charts on 23 Jan 1960 and the top of the UK charts on 15th March. I decided to get together with the kids and record our own tongue in cheek tribute. Hope you enjoy.

I'm only 19 years old my father has passed and he obviously got me into this music, and this is by far the best cover i've heard so far. I'm so happy that you're making your kids grow up with such talent they may not understand it in their teens, but they'll sure as hell respect it when theyre older..this is magic sir very well done, you deserve so much credit.
