Leather: Killing of Defenseless animals and Brad Pitt wearing them

Are animals being ruthlessly slaughtered for their hide? Brad Pitt seen wearing a defenseless animal on his legs! Oi Get over it people!

Leather, this is how I look at it. We (as human beings,) have been meat eater since the beginning of time,(or at least since the cave man days. Which ever came first?) Natural born and bread meat eaters. So if we as humans are going to eat animals for food (survival) like you said, utilize every part of the animal as we possibly can. Meat for food, skin for clothes. What we do with the innards? The people you mentioned, can not change millions of years of natural human evolution. Cheers.

i think the fact is no punchy enough.....but i do read before form somewhere which sums up your point in this video. I think lots of people think we're killing for the leather, but a lot of peopleare eating pork, mutton, beef etc etc....n they never think where the hell the skin goes??? Leather products!! that's where it went....it's true of wat u said on "utilizing" it, instead of throwing n wasting a killed animal (for its meat), as long as we pay respect n grateful to use it, there's no wrong

my take on pitt's leather pants was that generally speaking reviewers/pop-culture observers didn't think they were styled well and/or fit him well (one pair was cargo-style, the other more traditional, but both had rather baggy fit)...I think if he had worn pants that fit/were styled better the reception would have been more favorable.

also...I think his look is pretty fuckin hot right now...he looks good with a close-cropped goatee and hair slicked back...big improvement over the shagginess

First of all I sadly have to agree about Brad Pitt. He should take a clue from George Clooney and try aging gracefully. As far as negative comments about his leather pants, well I`just come to accept that people will say anything they want, solicited or not, when they see something that looks someway out of the norm. I`m am completely opposed to cruelty to animals in anyway, but sooner or later people have to accept our place in the food chain. Respect for all including me.
