@msvanessa562 hi, yeah it takes great pics and vids... but for better vids you should get an HD camcorder. I don't have the w290 anymore, I have a Sony HX5v now, which is better then the w290 :-)

@timxehanort images are 4.5mb, 1 minute of 720p filming is 70mb (can't tell you how lang the battery lasts, don't have the camera anymore :) )

What all setting should i have it on to take fast moving pictures? Like fourwheeler riding, running, etc?

@plmason12 I can't really help you with that, because I don't have the camera anymore (see my new uploaded vids). But I guess, if you're talking about photos, you should set the wheel in SCN en see if there's a seen option for fast moving objects.

how long did youhad the sony w290 did it take good pictures at night...there was a comment about a girl saying not to buy it cause it takes blurry pictures. and it only lasted 6 months and you cant dowload videos to you laptop is that you what doyou think i both it but i havent opened it yet i don tknow if should return it .

ok but do you have it on infinite focus or the auto focus and what option do you have it on under "metering mode"?
