I have hooped as a kid, but never tried any tricks. I started a few weeks ago and have learned a little. I have posted one video so far. I watched a few of yours and it seems like you got good quickly. At this moment I am stuck trying to figure out how to get the hoop up around my chest. I am thinking I may need a bigger hoop. If you get a chance check out the video and tell me what you think. Thanks!

hahaha, I remember when my hips, back, arms, legs, Jesus, all my body were so sore, that even sleeping was painful for me.
But now, as fresh as I can be, keep practicing, then you'll be sore nothing.

awesome! I'm a beginner too. Acutally I've only been doing it one day, but damn is it addictive. My hips and belly are so sore. I want to figure out that move where you lift the hoop up from hips to head.

nope. it's just a little kid's hoop from toys r us...you can find metal hoops online though i think.
