@KatzHartz I figured you would get a kick out of him. Frostie is 21 years old. The woman who had him since a juvenile developed a life threatening allergy to his dander and my friend was babysitting him for two years trying to find a buyer for him. I was fortunate enough to purchase him on March 9, 2009. He's a real character but doesn't talk much. I'm sure glad he doesn't make the noise Honky is making !!!!!

@OnePickieChickie . Great video of Frostie, my wife and I had a great chuckle watching it just now. Frostie appears to us to be a short bill - they are also called Little Corellas. Corellas are truly one of the more intelligent birds we have come across and surely are trainable when on their own. We have adopted two Eastern long bills on a full time basis and have another one we released after rehab that comes back daily to visit. Then there is Honky, been coming for three years now.

@KatzHartz Then what is my bird Frostie? I live in the USA. He's on my channel. Thanks for the information.

@OnePickieChickie . No. This is a Western long bill. Their bill is longer than regular short bills but not as long as Eastern long bills. If you check out some of my other videos you can see some of the Eastern long bills. Honky is not the only Western we get at our place but she is definitely the most friendly and obviously at one stage must have been tame.

That's a short billed corella. The long bills are way longer than that. Thanks for sharing!
just curious, do corellas chew roof wood much? i get sulphur cockies and they are wrecking our roof corners. it's became an issue.

@jole523 Sulphurs are well known for chewing wood in pergolas and around carports etc. We have a flock of wild corellas that visit us all the time and they are nowhere as bad cockies although they will chew if they feel that way inclined.

@Lew1s22 Most definitely a western long bill - here is a link from a breeding centre of western long bills - we get heaps of westerns and easterns at our place and some of the easterns are sometimes referred to as 'slender' bills because their bill is finer. Hope this helps.
