today video it maybe long but it about something that happen and still is today and live on in every one heart and that is fats and obesity something that is effecting alot of people and if people dont help those that need help! the world will be know as a really fat zone but that is one thing people can't tell someone to lose weight people have to do it on there own and because they want to know and not because someone else want it to happen!!

  • It's all about metabolism...Some people hard as they exercise, they will still be fat.

    But it is possible to change your metabolism.

    Eating more often, smaller portions and exercise.

    Omega 3 is awesome, good for your brain.

    Nice video.

  • you should look at carbs and fat.Fats are great for hormone balance.But include primarily protein,then fat then carbs.Carbs should be high or low depending on exercise and activity levels.

  • senornipolian, you can be obese and still be skinny because obese means your weight for your height and age so im 5'7 and 165 obviously thts over weight for my height and im 23 its because i work out so im not fat at all but my muscle adds weight there for im obese, my weight should really be around 145-155

    How can you be skinny as hell and still be

    obese..? Some people have a fast metabolism which means they don't get fat easily. The only thing to remember is to eat healthy and do plenty of exercise, other wise there can be serious consequence

  • I listened to your diet plan. It's terrible. You don't want to cut calories too much, and a piece of cheese won't give you your daily requirements of calcium. The most important thing is exercising which will increase your metabolic rate.

  • But your forgetting. Pop is very bad for you liver. The chemicals in there damage your liver.
