  • . . . did I forget to mention that Buddy is perhaps one of the coolest, most down-to-earth guys that I know... (not unlike most bass players in general)..

  • Although I've been playing bass "self-taught" for a couple years, I found Buddy B. to be an absolutely amazing teacher; In just a few lessons he has taught me more theory and technique than I could ever imagine picking up on my own. GUESS WHAT? I can read bass charts and play them THANKS TO BUDDY!!! Yes, I've always had Soul per se, but Buddy helped me put that together with technique... check out my little "chameleon" vid..

  • Buddy is the best! He is an inspirational teacher. And I'm happy he's taking his teaching online finally :>

  • best. teacher. ever.

he really welcomes you and makes you feel at home

  • Cool Vid, I am a Bass player who got my start via my mentor Pete Bruke fm Chicago back in the early seventies, I am still growing in this area has things and techniques change so fast! I never really learned sheet, but am trying now to grasp charts, and Praise God love what a gift he's helping this old school player with!

  • And he's an all-around stellar guy, to boot. Nice video.

  • Buddy is an amazing musician - I am blown away by his intensity and what he brings to each performance.

  • Buddy Booker is a great teacher and a fabulous bass player and musician.
