Today was a glorious sunny and warm day (22C) so had a picnic next to Melbourne Pool and took this small time-lapse video of life here.
As you can see a load of Vintage Tractors came through next to the pool, not sure where they were heading to, must have been an event somewhere nearby I guess. Do you know?

Melbourne Pool is located in the Derbyshire village of Melbourne. This is a beautiful location (but don't tell everyone!) Very peaceful place to come and watch the waterfoul on the lake.

Melbourne parish church is located on the right side of Pool Road as you walk into Melbourne Pool, the church is 889 Years old!

Other places of interest in this village :
The Thomas Cook Memorial Cottages in High Street were built by Thomas Cook who started popular travel in England. Cook was born in Melbourne in 1808.

This video is made from 743 photographs. First photograph taken at 1225 and last photograph taken at 1242.

P.S. Thanks to the Rock dude in the Ice Cream van playing AC/DC while serving ice creams!
A 99 with flake and Raspberry sauce for £1 seems good value compared with what you can pay in some places.
