what about something written "cantabile"? ... personally, this whole song versus piece of music thing urks me a little. I dont think it matters...were all listening to music. Thats all that matters

Disagree: A song has to sung. The word "song" derives from the verb "sing". A few weeks ago I even read a user calling Beethoven's 5fth symphony a "song". OMG.
