Never mind a pardon. There should be a contract placed on the heads of Bush & Cheney! Right after they leave office. Strike them down as a warning to others. Don't think you can fuck with the state of the globe and get away with it because you think as Americans you own the world! You don't - Those days are forever OVER! Time for global vengence!

Too late for McCain to pardon anybody sweetie but W is just tryin to pass out squirt guns full of white wash to his top heavy White House team. Those Euro lawyers are stalking him offshore for human rights violations so he thinks if he just keeps his eyes tight and buries himself in a Texas KKK neighborhood that it will all go away. There are some things a President can't pardon.

It is a bunch of stupid mutterings by a stupid person, if you are going to try President Bush for his works why not Clinton, John Kennedy LBJ. Give me a break some people with money think they are smart, If you are rich but did not work for the money what does that make you?

Um I hate to be realistic here but in order for their to be a pardon there has to be a CONVICTION. Since there has been no crime there is no need for a pardon. Just because you don't like something does not make it illegal or just because a college professor says it's unconstitutional does not make it so. These are after all the same people that say the constitution contains the words separation of church and state. when I have 5 grand for anyone who can show me those words in the Constitution

Bush pardoned himself prospectively and retroactively. The separation of church and state principle comes from Jefferson (a founding father of the constitution). He said I contemplate with sovereign reverence that act of the whole American people which declared that their legislature should "make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof," thus building a wall of separation between Church and State.

What planet are you on? Bush and Cheney broke so many laws. Conservatives need to get their heads outta their asses. Their stupidity is leading their party down the course of extinction.
