  • How much do you weigh now? Are you getting a little closer to 280 pounds? You've gotta be at least 230. ;)

  • @tsukio726 223 lbs

  • Brendan... what u lift max with arms? straight bar curl ? Would be cool to strength test u ! Congrat !

  • @guiseppelio Right now, the most i do with standing barbell curls is 125 lbs. That may sound paltry, but im using very good form, whereas i used to do barbell curls with a lot more weight (and use paltry form)- doing this exercise with less weight has actually resulted in better arm growth.

  • @Musclegodbrendan1 Yes, to shape the biceps it is better to lift less... but what can u do max arm curl with straight bar ? That I can compare :))

  • I'd do ya

  • Massive with some sick strength!!! Most guys couldn't get that off the floor 4 one rep!

  • You must get crazy looks when you go sleeveless, anywhere. You're upperbody is so ripped and dense.

BTW, out of curiosity, do you specifically train abs, or do you just work them when you're doing your compound movements during other exercizes?

  • brendan you're getting so cut i cant belive it! post videos after every time you workout to see that crazy pump

  • Brendan your strength is unbelievable!!
