A police officer fiercely pushing a teenager who poses no threat to him. The cop runs up and violently slams a girl to the ground in Phoenix, Arizona. According to British the Daily Mail the video shows Officer Patrick Larrison who is being investigated after a shocking video surfaced on YouTube.

@blackmansog This might be tough to understand, but doing something wrong doesn't mean that the consequence is always morally acceptable. If a policeman catches a robber (who doesn't resist) and beats the shit out of him, it isn't okay just because the robber did something wrong. Slamming a teenage girl to the ground doesn't suddenly become morally acceptable just because she did something stupid and wrong.
