This is a video of my modding on an agetec's arcade stick. i've tried to do an homemade Tutorial for a FULL SANWA MOD for the official Agetec Sega dreamcast Arcade stick.

The stock agetec's buttons and stick are not too bad....but the Sanwa's buttons and stick are really better...it's another stick with these components ;)
In my opinion....you could search a used agetec stick on ebay for few money and do the Sanwa's upgrade....you will have one of the best stick ;)

I was thinking of looking for one of these Agetec sticks. But are Agetec's stick and buttons that much inferior to Sanwa's to require this mod? Or are you just modding a 'good' arcade stick to make it that much better?

ok!!! now i understood the question :D (i hope) yes yes, I got rid of the original plugs...they are really small...I wanted to do a clean job and I preferred to use some new plugs...so i replaced them with some 2.8 mm faston plugs...this kind of plugs are perfect to use with Sanwa button ;)
