    I didn't know sketchup had toools to create organic designs like this.

  • It's just the standard SandBox Smoove tool.

  • wow, what tools did you use to create the glass canopies in sketch up? this is very impressive, as are all of your sketch up vids

  • Thanks, Phil -- the canopy was modelled using the Sandbox tools (the landscape / Terrain modelling tools). Just modelled a surface, then duplicate-offset it by about 20mm, then drew in some lines to close the sides...that's how I acheived the 'thickness' in the glass.
