Yay! I bet a lot of people despise this boss, but it's my favorite in the game. Woooo!!! Different boss music! This soundtrack was originally used during the Dracula fight in Castlevania 3. Heh. I guess that really ain't a surprise since Circle of the Moon does include a lot of updated songs from Castlevania 3.

Okay, let me say something... Never ever ever never never ever never ever never ever never never fight both of these dragon dudes while standing on the central platforms!!! NEVER! I've seen several videos where people stand there and I believe it's the WORST spot you can be while fighting the boss. You have to worry more about the dragons' noggins smacking into you, and you're more prone to be hit by sudden off-screen fireballs or energy blasts. I rather stay on the ground, where it's much safer, and only move to the central platform when one dragon remains.

And now to everyone's favorite attack... the falling rocks! GRRRRRR!!! THOSE ROCKS ARE CONTROLLED BY SATAN!!! Spinning your whip plus Jupiter + Serpent or Jupiter + Manticore should form a fairly solid anti-rock barrier. Just spinning your whip alone also puts up a decent shield, but those damn rocks will still sometimes manage to break through and whack ya. XP

I love how the remaining dragon decides to munch on its fallen ally. XD Heh. Though, it does make me wonder how these dragons knew each other while they were still living. Siblings? Friends? Spouses? Regardless, it's still hilarious when they try to eat each other. Cannibalism = WIN!

Diana + Mandragora does wonders against the dragons. Just remember that you want to hit the dragons with the rose petals and NOT the whip. The petals do massive damage but the whip does stinky damage, so make sure you aren't too close to the dragon so the petals can shoot out. GO FLOWER POWER! ... ... Anyways, this spell eats MP like candy so you gotta make sure your shots count.

  • Flawless, as usual. Do you ever have to take several takes?

  • Holy crap, yes!!!!! XD

I may be good at this game, but it usually takes a lot of tries to beat a boss without getting hit. I am just very persistent and have tons of patience.
