Why doesn't the Sample Start knob work for me? All it does is make the starting "grain" fade out for me.

Maybe the sample you have is too short?

Try opening a longer sample, like a voice sample, and then use the sample start to scan through it.

highly highly highly recommended for drumes, bass, vocals, EVERYTHING! I cant automate the sample start in NNXT, Bollox :( must be a way around it?? nvm I will stick with the NN19 :)

Awesome Awesome Awesome, this is exactly what I have been looking for for ages, and it's so easy to do. Thank you soo much. LoL all my tracks are gonna have this effect in from now on roflmao. ;P this works in the NNXT also, and although I havent tried it fully yet I'm guessing you will be able to do all sorts of other stuff in that unit in addition to the effect in this video.
