@psychox642 lmao nice ending statement.

@StarPeopleOrion Not to mention what we're inhaling constantly. With Nano technology they don't even have to try to convince us...take Smart Dust for example. Microscopic "dust" particles that are actually teeny tiny robots that have their own individual jobs to do. And we inhale and consume them daily.

There are metal shavings in all non-organic "enriched" cereals!!! Not only cereals but anything else that contains wheat, has been processed and is non-organic. All the processing they do to the real food (not to mention the over 15,000 chemicals and additives that the FDA's lobbyists have paid congress to allow them to legally put in the food and only list them under code words such as Spice, natural flavor, artificial flavor)!!! This is their way of trying to be healthy!!! BIG F***** JOKE!

I don't know if he had them looked at or not. I haven't spoken with him for a few weeks, but, that would be a good question to pose. Thank you for your comment and interest. Much LOVE bro...

TRUTH:
Thats IRON... ferrous fumarate, its in the ingredients. Not 'metal shavings'
Its easily absorbed and good for you :-)
Interesting phenomenon - but not *proof* of any of your claims.
As for the extraction of iron salt compounds in other videos - was done 20 years ago...
Virginia Journal of Science
Volume 42, Number 3, Fall 1991
XPS Analysis of Reduced Iron Magnetically Extracted from Iron Fortified Breakfast Cereals:
Just Google that title to see a PDF... BTW its in bread too! :-)
It's called "Reduced Iron" - reduced in the ReDox sense. It's a way to increase the iron requirement RDV - recommended daily value. They did this demo on Bill Nye way back when. It's actually completely harmless, sterile, it's not industrial waste or anything. It just isn't as bioavailable as other forms, such as complexed with gluconate. Turns to Ferric Chloride when it hits your stomach, which is a nutrient.

There's always someone to defend corporations and manufacturers for irresponsible content in products. Just so you know, Kellog's cereal had to do a nationwide recall on many of their cereals which had metal shavings in them. Obviously, this wasn't something that was "good" for you. You better be careful in whom you place your trust because you sound quite easily fooled. Just an observation.

@psychox642 In all seriousness, no one is making you eat any particular product. I say this with no offense intended. I understand you strongly dislike corporations (as do I), but you buy from Post, one of the largest conglomerates, rather than buying local or a from a smaller off-brand. There are many easy choices that can be made to support local economies, put better food in your body, etc, you just have to look.

First and foremost...I don't eat cereal. This video is a friend of mine who asked me to post this on my channel because of complications with his channel (something about linking a google account). So, on that end, you can't really attribute this as "My fault for choosing Kellog's." This guy discovered this little gem and because of his disillusionment, he decided that others needed to know about it...end of story.

@psychox642 That's fine, it's all your choice. But I am also pointing out that it is regulated and food-grade, not shavings from a power drill. Just stating facts.
