Second Life Viewer 2 UI Bug VWR-23820

This problem has been here ever since the Viewer 2.0 beta, but no people report this, or get it fixed, so I'm here reporting.
This issue happens with Japanese version of Windows, whether XP or 7, tested on both.
The Viewer is English.
With Microsoft Japanese wireless keyboard and Logitec wireless laser mouse.

in About Land dialog, if you change the tab from SOUND to anywhere, it automatically deletes the Parcel Music URL, rendering this very hard to use as a default viewer.

Also, if you click on any of the field in the text, it deletes the text there as well, I believe this is thinking "clicks" as "Enter". :\
I've recorded this problem so that people can wash their eyes before pointing to south and think its north.
