-
will this work with fl studio?
I just bought a Roland 700gx and connected it from the keyboards r/l output to channel 3/4 of the saffire, im using mackie hr624s so im sure they can handle the quality. but it comes out really crackly?? do i need to connect to the midi or do i have a problem? thanx

@MusicmanJakk MIDI shouldn't have anything to do with it. Start with the simple stuff. I'd first check my cables and connections... and check my levels on the Roland and in the Saffire mix software. If you think you have a problem with the Saffire, Focusrite can provide you with support

@sginblack You can route whatever output(s) to be your monitor out with Focusrite's software.

i only have a 2.1 system but the cable is a mini cable..
other topic, ive been using this the past few days with cubase 5.1,i cant figure out how to run the two preamps, mics 1 &2, at the same time on seperate tracks without them interfering with each other, what am i doing wrong?
sginblack 1 year ago
@sginblack You will need an adapter for the mini 1/8" stereo cable that goes to your speakers.
Not sure on the Cubase question... Id be looking at my input/output routing.
