I LOVE the idea of liquidation of the URA. Sell it off. But, if a fire sale is held, the loss of value will hurt everyone as all property values dive. So, it needs a controlled sell. Put 5% on Ebay, etc.

At 1:25... This (pensions) is a problem that "WE" have not solved. Kevin, it is a PROBLEM that THEY have not solved. You want to own the problem that they created and let linger for months, years and decades.
Five years ago, when Luke R was in City Council, it was bad.
Those are great footnotes. Share them. Make them visible. Put the notes / minutes onto the podium. Put them onto a FLIP Chart. DATE: Statements. Allow the views to see the math!
