  • omg fighting over his nationality? Isn't it enough that he was a Muslim and that's a pride for all Muslims around the world?

  • All the major academic sources agree that Ibn Sina was a Persian.

Ibn Sina was born in Balkh and died in Hamedan. Both Balkh and Hamedan are Persian cities.

Ibn Sina was a citizen of the Samanid Persian empire . There was no such thing called "Afghanistan" back then. Afghanistan was created by the Hottaki and Durani dynasties ,many centuries later.

  • This person is a muslim human .

  • @AFGHANZCLIP I see English is not your first language; I will not hold that against you.

  • @Marduniya

1 - Iranians like using words to himuliate people instead of explaining themselves properly this is one of the main stupidity of the entire iranian nation :D

2 - Since when treaty of Paris was involved in persian or afghan business ?

3 - When Iran did not exist afghanistan was wider ? you confirmed what I was trying to explain :) you also confirmed That Mashad was in afghanistan for more then 200 years, next time instead of using the word IDIOT think to watch urself at mirror

  • @AFGHANZCLIP I do not know whether to laugh or cry at your stupidity.

England did not give an inch of land to Iran; Mashhad was reconquered by Nader Shah and kept under Iranian control to modern day. It was Britain who took away Herat from Iran and gave it to the fake state of Afghanistan in 1857 in the Treaty of Paris. We also lost the south-western portion of Afghanistan in the MacMahon Arbitration of 1905.

    You are beyond idiocy.
