United Nations, New York, 24 September 2009 - President Mahmoud Abbas of the Palestinian Authority, Queen Rania of Jordan, Tony Blair, Quartet Representative, and UN Deputy Secretary-General Asha-Rose Migiro unveiled a banner commemorating UNRWAs 60th anniversary alongside UNRWA Commissioner-General Karen AbuZayd. This banner will hang inside the Delegates Lounge, and another, larger banner will adorn the outside of the General Assembly Building.

UNRWA is a way of life? It is a way of living? Sure, just give us money and we'll live well inside the UNRWA system. As long as there is suffering and pain there will be those who live as parasites on top of it, claiming that treating the symptoms by means of redistribution of other peoples wealth is better than curing the causal disease, which of course is an effect of the same values UNWRA itself is built upon: collectivism and altruism.

So why isn't Rania calling for the Palestinian refugees to be absorbed into her country? It is the Palestian state after all and she is Palestinian herself...

Queen Rania, you have apparently done better as a refugee than other so called Palestinian, who have been enslaved by their leaders in order to occupy the land of Israel and deny its people the right to statehood and safety after centuries of exile. The Arab nation of "Palestine" was invented a few decades ago in order to rob the Jewish people of what they restored/created in their repatriated homeland. Middle Eastern Arabs are Syrian, Egyptian or Bedouin, as educated people know.

Arab countries, has not granted the refugees real civilian status but preferred to leave them permanently under the protection of UNRWA, as second-class residents on the outskirts of Damascus. And why do they preserve the refugee heritage? In order to use it as a weapon in the fight against Israel – the fight that has already made the Palestinian refugees miserable for tens of years – a fight in which the terror organizations are the sole winners.

Queen Rania is such a wonderful women, truly. You can hear the genuine compassion in her voice as she laments the undesirable reality that is beset upon those who live in the Palestinian Territories.
